Return and Exchange Policy
In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction and in accordance with Kuwaiti Commercial Law, we outline below our official return and exchange policy:
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The product is in its original, unused condition.
- The original purchase receipt is presented.
- The original packaging is intact and includes all accessories, manuals, or tags (if any).
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used, damaged, or altered items after purchase.
- Items sold as part of “final sale,” “clearance,” or marked “non-returnable.”
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved, printed, or made-to-order products).
- Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If the product received is defective or incorrect, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
- The item will be replaced or refunded in full within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Return and Exchange Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, customers can:
- Visit one of our physical stores.
- Contact our customer service team via phone
- Or email us
- Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Replacements will be shipped within 3–5 business days (subject to stock availability).
3. Important Notes
- The store reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
- This policy does not affect any statutory rights of the customer under Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law.
