Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Our returns policy is simple. You can return the unused item within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are unsure about the product you’ve received please make an effort to inform the delivery team that you would like to keep the box that the package arrived in (before they assemble the product). You must keep the original package (the boxes) to ensure your right to a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the information to marketing@bmc.com.kw

Refunds

We will inspect the items you need to refund for usability and misuse. If the manufacturer’s warranty is still valid, we will replace the faulty parts and fix the product in our warehouse or at your location. 

 we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 3-7 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us, sometimes banks take long to transfer the money even though we issue the refund from our side.

If the payment was made using a credit card, please contact your credit card issuer before contacting us, credit card deposits will take longer to process. It may take up to 14 days for a refund to be officially posted.

If you’ve contacted your bank or credit card issuer and they still haven’t helped you with regards to the processing of the refund. Please contact us, we will reach out to them and make sure they expedite the process.

Items on Sale

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items within 7 days of purchase if your item is defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, let us know when contacting send us an email at marketing@bmc.com.kw

Gifts

If the item is a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received in the warehouse, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should send your product to the address below unless otherwise instructed. Or, we will handle the pick up of bigger items if agreed.
