Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day from the time of payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

• Domestic Shipping (within Kuwait):
  • Swift Delivery: Estimated delivery in 3 business days.
  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery in 7 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

3. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within Kuwait and do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, our delivery team will reach out to you via WhatsApp or phone call to arrange the delivery.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For customized orders, the customer will be informed of any additional customs or duties fees.
• Bmc is not responsible for delays due to customs.
